Enemies lagging?

My game runs completely fine. Although when I start to attack enemies, they will lag and teleport, next thing i know im dead. I'm pretty sure my specs aren't the issue, and I've updated all my drivers..whats going on?

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.00Ghz
Memory: 1 gb ddr1
video card: Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT
Direct X level: DirectX11
