Login Failure

I am at a school called Clifton College, I can like open dragonica perfectly fine, but when i try to login it says connection error:

i suspect it's like this becase we use a internet proxy in order to access the internet.. help please any1?

You've to ask your college network admin to open the ports for you...but doubt you can even play games on college line.

VPN probably works.
