does anyone else freeze while playing the game? its so annoying that i've stopped playing

idk but its still closed beta, small errors like this tend to go away when the real game comes. just wait till open beta comes, im 90% sure it will go away.
also check if your system requirements are decent

I haven't frozen at all. Only error I've received was a graphical error that locked me in place during a dungeon, but I just used the "transport to safe location" function to move.

So far I haven't had any problems *knock on wood*

have you tried changing your settings?

I'm pretty sure the point of closed beta TESTING is for people to find these bugs and report them so they can fix it. Go report it on the forums or bump some popular thread regarding the problem.

already changed settings to low, and dont need to post when there's already one about it with people posting on it

I've been getting this same problem nothing to worry about though im almost positive it will be fixed by open beta

i notice when my client freezes or is not responding i press CTRL ALT DEL then start task manager...and by the time my regular screen appears the game is just fine :D i have Windows Vista still...

my game freezes up also, i've monitored how much memory DN was taking up and it was as high as 978,000k and then my computer freezes.

i've fixed the problem already

if u've fixed the problem thats great, but for us that it still crashes running on windows vista or 7 we cant do the dxdiag sound thing =\
