It says here that it's going to be on August 31st. I'm assuming this is after closed/open beta.

but... omg i should've expected Nexon to say this is a summer release, then release it on the last day of summer.

I dunno, I wouldn't believe that, they probably just put the last day of summer to make it look like they know the day ("summer 2011"). Nexon is purposely not telling the date because if they tell it and miss the date, it's going to be a huge bawwwwwQQ fest.
