OFFICIALLY DONE WITH UNIVERSITY
presentation went freakin amazing
everyone was just clapping after everyone else's presentations
but after i presented my project, the professor started a whole discussion on it
life with no school or work for at least a month
i'm off my diet now cuz my mom usually feeds me more than once a day
but i'm still exercising
right now watching Welcome to the Dollhouse by Todd Solondz
sometimes i wish i could talk vietnamese
just so i can talk back to my dad
"you're always awake, you don't sleep?"
in order for you to say that, you would have to be awake right now, too, wouldn't you?
oh that's right you are
so i should be asking you the same question
and time would pass by much more easily if i could actually play league
but the internet sucks here, even when everyone is asleep (or at least i think)
thank god for tumblr and youtube
You nearly killed me with that tug toner, dude. Almost spit soda all over my keyboard, that would have sucked.
Oh, something I thought was interesting since for some reason no one found it important enough to warrant a thread about the attack in News & Current Events so I can mention it. But that embassy attack the other day, one of the guys killed was more or less a high profile player in EVE. From what I understand he was an accomplished diplomat and affected large parts of the game. Much of the community did something to recognize his death, like jettisoning cargo near the central hub with RIP messages or renaming their bases and shit. It's sad but at the same time I thought it was fairly interesting that one single person had affected the game and community so much. From what I've read, people who were talking to him at the time of the attack said his last words were "F--K. gunfire" before he logged off and never came back.
Pretty much. There's interactive games built in as you go, and the fandom raised over 700k to get an actual game made in a little over 24 hours. (It's at a little over 1.2mil now and still has half the time left.)
Plus tons of music, cutscenes in gif and flash form, and a few parts that let you follow what different characters are doing in the order you want for the same time frame.
Lmao like the day I was spamming Chris Corner because hrnghh IAMX <3 and Step's like "so am I supposed to listen to this guy now?" loool.
omg moff, remember when I said just a few days ago I probably wasn't going to pick up KH3D?
I haven't really been keeping up with KH news because I'm kind of fed up with all of the spin off games and shit, so I only looked at combat before. So I wasn't aware of characters and worlds used this time around. ... I found out they included TWEWY ): And used the same voice actors from the game.
They even included the very same line Joshua said to Neku at the end of TWEWY.
"But Neku, I thought you couldn't afford to lose? Give up on yourself and you give up on the world."
ALL MY FEELS. brb fangirling because that is the best nod to the game they could have possibly done.
That said, I'm still annoyed about the same things that kind of turned me off previously. Flowmotion is a stupid gimmick, and I don't want to fight with derpy looking monsters >:I Also Traverse was an excellent opportunity to use Noise-hybrid creatures, and they didn't. Disappoint. Also would have been a good opportunity for something related to fusion attacks, NOPE.
There's so much they could have done with the TWEWYverse and all they did was add the main characters (Minus Hanekoma, and Sho if he is considered a main?), stick them in Traverse and reference the Reaper's Game. Oh well. Here's to hoping they use TWEWY again on a main console game and do more with the universe, but I'm not holding my breath.
THE REMIXED SONGS ARE SEXY AS HELL THOUGH, HRNGHH. The music in TWEWY was so goddamn good, they really kicked it up a notch for this game.
