1. Why should you become Mr. or Ms. ggFTW?
The first question is the hardest question, I see.

What I do when I get home is immediately check the site. I frequently forget to log into my games because I'm so busy drowning myself in recently-made posts on ggFTW. I've been a member for over two years now and am still going strong – I don't have any plans on leaving the site and hope to continue being loyal to my favorite community.

I'm addicted to the point of setting ggFTW as my homepage; my house in New York is my physical home, but ggFTW is my emotional home.

2. What qualities do you feel a good role model should possess? Who is your ggFTW role model(s) and why?
Proper spelling and knowing your facts before you post are, in my opinion, the two most important things. The latter is definitely the most important, as proper English means nothing when you can't get your facts across properly or aren't knowledgeable about the topic at hand.

Although I do respect many members of this community, Lyn is at the top of the list. Her posts are always so long and detailed – her advice is incredibly useful and look like they were well thought out before being posted. Not only is she my ggFTW role model, but Trickster Online role model as well. Although she definitely isn't the only member who adds tremendous detail to posts, she's one of the few users whose posts I itch to read, even if it's about a topic I'm not familiar with.

I truly don't know why she hides her rep; if anything, she should flaunt it. If you read this, Lyn, you're an ideal role model!

3. What has been your most significant accomplishment as a ggFTW member and why?
Making over a dozen friends that I speak to frequently is my best achievement here. Said achievement I believe is much more important than winning userbars from certain ggFTW events or, say, obtaining a thousand posts. After all, it's not like userbars can be there to cheer you up when you're upset and help you when you're in a pinch.

The people from ggFTW are fun and I don't regret meeting any one of them; I definitely wouldn't have been able to progress as much as I have in my most-played MMORPG, Trickster Online, without the help of the members I met on this very site.

4. What are three words that describe you best?
Addicted to Internet. I think that speaks for itself.

5. What is the best advice(s) you can give to the community of ggFTW? [Please pick your top 3 if you have more]
First and foremost, don't be put off from the site by unexpected negative reps. The site is based on communicating with others about similar interests (MMOs), building friendships, and finding new things to play. You have to take the good with the bad – if you can ignore the smaller, unappealing aspects, you'll find yourself enjoying anything – not just ggFTW – a whole lot more.

Second: don't be shy! Don't lurk! Post! What harm will it do? You'll be helping both yourself and the site; it opens up doors for possible new friendships and ggFTW could use all the activity it can get.

Lastly, take things one at a time. Don't feel overwhelmed or out of place when trying to melt into a conversation. Create an identity for yourself by picking out an avatar and/or signature – that way, people will be able to differentiate you from others without having to glance over at your username.

6. If you could meet any three ggFTW staff members, who would it be and why?
Choosing only three was very difficult. I'd love to meet everyone, but after some thinking, I've narrowed down my list:

Kyzuumi. Simple. I find her really fun to talk to; never do I feel like I'm speaking to an elitist who believe they're "above me" simply because of the title. She gives great advice, manages some fantastic guides, and is a Pokemon fan. Who could say no?

Mirae. His activity on ggFTW astounds me. He dedicates so much time to the site and is online for hours a day, as if it were a full-time job on its own. That alone proves how much he values the site – such a dedicated person as a friend would surely make people happy.

NoeJeko. He created this site… what more can I say? Anyone who had the chance to meet the creator such a tight-knit community should definitely consider themselves lucky. His name is also blue (instawin) and he's knowledgeable about a broad range of subjects, which many times makes me feel like I should go out and read a book or something.

7. If NoeJeko makes you Management, what changes would you bring to ggFTW?
I, for one, would love to create customizable site layouts. A single layout never appeals to everyone, and giving people freedom in choosing their own style would be unique and interesting.

Little descriptive icons under our names when we post regarding what we do in our games would be on the top of my list… so for example, for Trickster, you'd be able to select a few from the following choices: Fiesta addict, hat collector, pet collector, card hunter, so on and so forth. I think it'd be extremely neat and would help us find people who share the same interests as us, and maybe even meet ingame to show off our habits.

Unlockable "achievements" when doing certain things would make the forum itself seem like a mini-game. People love to collect things to the point where even the simplest collecting games throw the members online count higher. Facebook, a mainly social-based site, is a good example of this.
