HTML Coding for Hover On Images

Anyone know the code for this? It has to be in HTML. (I think CSS is allowed though.)

For example I want to put imagelink1.jpg as the top and it changes to imagelink2.jpg whenever I hover it over the first image.

Help would be gladly appreciated.
