Yeah, but why would you want to blow a small fortune on a gaming laptop anyways? Where are you gonna play these games that need such serious firepower? And that goes double for online games. Seriously, why bother bringing a 10 pound monster gaming "laptop" to a place where you'll likely get highly inferior internet connnectivity?

If you go to game conventions a lot, like quakecon, that's one thing...but then again, most people at quakecon have specially built desktop rigs.
