Chibi Halloween Event : Hunting Chibi Werewolf

The Story
This Halloween, one of our Chibi members dressed up as a werewolf and went berserk with sugar rush. Drunk with candy, the Chibi found himself naked with nothing but claws.

The Goal
On November 2nd, 2008, we will be hunting this Chibi Werewolf. Understanding that some people may not be able to make it, I've divided the time to 3 different times. Here's the schedule:

PST (California, Vancouver)
Sunday, November 2nd, 2008 - 5PM, 7PM, 9PM

EST (New York, Toronto)
Sunday, November 2nd, 2008 - 8PM, 10PM, 12PM

GMT +8 (Singapore, Malaysia)
Monday, November 3rd, 2008 - 8AM, 10AM, 12AM

Keep in mind, they're all the same time listed in different time zones.

We will meet at the upper floor of Belos - Restaraunt.

Basically, this event is about role playing. By faking out other guild members, you'll be able to lead them to the wrong direction while you hunt for the Chibi Werewolf. Keep in mind, if you whisper the wrong name, you will be disqualified (read rules for details). Whoever finds the Chibi Werewolf wins!

The Prize
+ Those who finds the Chibi Werewolf within 15 minutes will receive your choice of a Cash Emote. Sorry, but I will not hold 52 Astros or allow you to choose an alternative (exceptional if you have all the Cash Emotes already).

+ You may only win once. I would like to give others a chance on finding the Chibi Werewolf.

+ If no one finds the Chibi Werewolf, the Chibi Werewolf will receive the prize. I will allow his or her prize to stack and choose an alternative since he or she is helping out with the event. (The Chibi Werewolf will be chosen on Sunday; so don't bother asking anyone).

The Rules
Chibi Hunters
- You must be fully clothed to prevent confusion with the real Chibi Werewolf. You may not use the Naked Fashion Set for this event.
- You must stay within the suggested region (listed below).
- No parties allowed.
- Find the Chibi Werewolf. The Chibi Werewolf will wear no equipments other than knuckles. If you found the Chibi Werewolf,whisper CujoEX the Chibi Werewolf's name and location. I plan to use the same Chibi Werewolf for the next rounds. But if you are wrong, you will not be able to continue until the next event starts. This is to prevent people whispering random guesses.
- The winner(s) who found the Chibi Werewolf may not speak of the Chibi Werewolf's name until all 3 event times are completed. If the Chibi Werewolf's name has been leaked, the event will expire for the rest of the day. NO EXCEPTIONS. So please, do not give hints and do not talk to the Chibi Werewolf for it may cause him to stall. You may hunt him if you want, but you cannot receive a second prize.
- When the event ends, I will tell everyone to meet back at the meeting spot and announce the winner as well as reward the prize.

* Depending on the occurrence of disobeying a rule, you will not be allowed to participate in the next Chibi Clan event - unless the guild allows you to join.

Chibi Werewolf
- Keep your clothes on during the meeting. When the event starts, take off your clothes after 60 seconds has passed - make sure that no one is around you. Equip knuckles only to follow the storyline.
- Keep whispers on. If someone contacts me that they found you as the Chibi Werewolf, I will need to whisper back to confirm through location.
- If or When you are caught, please equip your set and meet back at the meeting spot.

The Location
- Everyone should meet up at the event time provided at Belos - Restaurant's upper floor.
- The Chibi Werewolf may hide in the following locations:
Belos (outdoor only), Forest Area, Ancient Forest, Temple of Pluton, Elias (outdoor only), Field Area, Mountain Area, Yong Gyung (outdoor only), Red Crop Field, Arcadia, Cherry Lake, and Aoich (outdoor only)

The Requirements
- Chibi Clan members only. Since Chibi Clan was made from previous members from other guilds in different games, then the following guild members are exempt (Itadakimasu-Pantsu from Maple Story, ChibiClan-Meshikakae-ChibiMoon-ChibiClub from Trickster Online, ChibiClan from GunBound, ChibiClan from Survival Project)
- Included Members: Viet, Phoenix
- At least 10 Members must show up within the period. If the members do not show up, either the event is canceled or postponed to a later day (depending on the situation).
