Personality/Character: She does not like to follow the rules, especially ones made by her strict parents. Often, she would purposely misbehave to anger them. Despite their protests, she moved out on her own when she was 18. She's currently living on the 2nd floor of a bar that belongs to Holly Mellen. Even though she is a wild child, she can be very respectful and well-mannered when she wants to be due to her parents' teachings.

History: The Watanabes are a part of a group called The Mentalists. Several families are a part of this group. Many were murdered in the 1800's. The gifts are passed down by blood. It is rare for a non-blood related child to become a Mentalist but it happens, in which the family or the child is invited to join the group. There are many known and unknown types of The Mentalists.

Movers: They are able to manipulate areas around a solid objects with their mind. Accomplished Movers can transport things, even humans and animals. But this practice is so dangerous that the group prohibited it ever since 1853. The Watanabes are known Movers.

Readers: Essentially, they are able to read minds. Accomplished readers can push and plant thoughts or memories into a person. While this is not fond of, it has not been made illegal by The Mentalists.

Seer: Sometimes dubbed "the fortune tellers" a very rare Mentalist, only six Seers are known and recorded. Because of the things they can see, they often become mentally unstable and not knowing what is real and what is not. The future can change all the time, thus they are never certain.

Dreamer: The 'illusionist' of The Mentalist. They are able to create and change their surrounding or an object into whatever they wish. But they are just illusions and do not last long.

Defender: Defenders are Mentalists with the ability to summon Mental Barrier that can protect them or others. Accomplished Defenders can turn their Barriers into a weapon that suits them the best. Some Movers developed into Defenders as they are able to manipulate areas into protective force fields. However, some Defenders were born Defenders and cannot move objects like Movers can.
