What's NoeJeko Been Doing?

Well, in addition to my full time job as a web architect and full time /gg FTW manager, I started back to school full time at the end of June. As announced on the forum, MMOG's blogs were upgraded to the latest stable version from Jelsoft. There were quite a few changes, so I'd like to outline some of them and how to use them:

First, a change was inadvertently made to the default permissions. Until today, unregistered guests were not allowed to view your blog. You may want to change these; they cannot be indexed in Google if guests cannot see them and pingbacks will not work properly.

Welcome back to NoeJeko's blog. It's been some time since I wrote anything. The US economy is in the toilet so I've stepped up my efforts at work to ensure I make the next cut (if there is one). MMOG is exploding so rapidly that there's always something requiring my attention. Gavist Media LLC was formed as the owning entity for MMOG. On top of all that, finding time to spend with my sweetie is a high priority.

The MMOG Blogs received mixed reactions. The vast majority have been positive and it's definitely more than we expected. A few users expressed privacy concerns with moderation which we addressed in our moderation announcement. Some members expressed concern that we're not trying to be a fansite - but rather a "Facebook" for MMO gamers.

The latter group are right, to a point....
