So I found an old song that I was in love with when I was about 13.

GOD I LOVE THIS SONG.

Anyhow, I'm still trying to search for a song to sing for our schools Pop-concert, since our Concert theme this year is 'Love' I need to find some kind of love-esque song to sing for it.
It's really hard trying to find a perfect song to sing, because not only do I want it to be close to my heart, but I want it to be vocally strong for me.

Currently my choice is leaning on 'Landslide' by Fleetwood Mac, simply because if I sing it, I think I fill find it easier to come out to my dad, whom, if I relate it to the lyrics of the song, I can explain it better.
(I was actually tearing up while considering this song because the lyrics relate SO much.)

So hear I will explain why these lyrics relate to it so much
Spoiler!

Ultimately, if I did this song, not only would I be able to POUR my emotion into it, (which would make the vocals stronger), if my dad were there to hear it, I think maybe he would understand more.

It's a real struggle to be afraid to lose someone you love because of being who you want to be, and while some people may not understand that, for other gay kids like me, it's what really tears us apart in the beginning years of coming out, because it's such a deep thought.

Hopefully through lyric I can overcome this.
