Ordinary Day

Last night I was up all night trying to make a launch deadline at work. We made it with about an hour to spare and my boss let me take the afternoon off. I went home and crashed; about 15 minutes after I got in bed, I heard my door open and Bob came in. She crawled in bed too and we took a nap. I was so exhausted and the nap wasn’t all the sleep I needed, but at least I wasn’t the walking dead anymore. We went to eat sushi after and I went home and crashed.

Today I overslept – I was supposed to get up at like, 9, and we were going to eat dim sum. I woke up around 10:10 and realized I had slept almost 11 hours. Good god I must have been tired. I think I’m getting sick =[. I picked Bob up and we went to eat dim sum and then went to Oakridge to get a gift for her friend’s birthday tomorrow. While there I bought $40 worth of Reese’s Pieces and dark chocolate covered espresso beans – those things are like crack! We watched Hancock (my second time but her first time) and I took her home. I also finally bought a white suit – I’ve been looking for one for ages!

I found out I haven’t been getting all my email from work today; apparently there are some issues with the new products we brought online. I’ll probably be up for a while trying to work on those =[. I’ll be glad when this is all over and it works properly…
