Who the hell is Mitchi?!
The incoherent ramblings of a Tzimisce trapped by a Tremere in a Toreador's body. Or maybe i'm just a Malkavian. My bad.

Yesterday, my best friend and i decided to bake some cupcakes. We were putting it off until we came across a recipe for Pumpkin pie cupcakes, and set to work immediately.
Ingredients:
1 box of cake mix (we used vanilla gluten free)
1 15oz can of pumpkin pie filling (the pre spiced stuff, not the pumpkin puree)
1/2 cup of water
Mix it all together and bake at 350F, for i think 25 minutes.
The result tasted quite good and had a texture similar to sticky rice cakes. We topped it off with homemade whipped cream cheese icing, which is made by whipping together (in a mixer) two packages of cream cheese, a tablespoon of vanilla extract and a lot of cool whip. This makes a big batch, but i eat the stuff by itself. The result is a fluffy, creamy icing that's not as heavy as normal cream cheese icing.

mmm, sweet cream cheese icing? i used to use that at the coffee shop i used to work at for cinnamon buns... I couldnt pull the stuff out without eating a spoonful LOL
I think i have a recipe for various pumpkin flavored things including bread, so the recipe probably wont be necessary!, as for gumming food, I'm not sure if my upper and lower gums will meat as the jaw bone will take time to allow the extra movement. But i can always stick it on my tongue and just savor the flavor as it slowly melts away!Posted 10-02-2009 at 12:30 PM by Globalastro
