For those of you who have been following my teeth...ugh thread in the health section and want more info, or those just finding out about my dental problems more recently, you can go here: http://dentalfearcentral.org/forum/s...ead.php?t=9443 for a full account of what's going on, what caused it, etc.
Where it stands, i had all of my teeth pulled on tuesday. Yes folks, all 32 of them pulled in one sitting. Now, 5 days later, things are going well. The biggest obstical is drinking and NOT drooling. Amazingly, there is no pain, just minor... very very irritating discomfort. (by very very irritating, i just mean, its really annoying) caused by the itch of the healing process.
For the past few days, i've been eating pudding, applesauce and yogurt non stop. I go for a followup on tuesday, and then will find out more about getting dentures.
When i got the teeth pulled, i had been given a rough estimate of $1200 for dentures

@Torikakae, I'm doing it through a clinic which does not involve my insurance, they are normally 3000 or more and my dental will only cover 1k a year, so it's more beneficial for me to do it without insurance through the clinic.
@Mitchi drinking straws are the enemy during the healing process of extractions. The suction can cause blood clots to come out and cause dry socket. not a pleasant thing to experience from what i hearPosted 10-10-2009 at 11:56 PM by Globalastro
