More Wiki Stuff Added

I've added the Collection Points that was introduced from the recent patch as well as inputting any new items that wasn't on the other Pointry lists...

In addition, I've updated some maps and added the Musician and Power Saw Class namespaces for future editing.

Meanwhile, I'll try to add/replace data from the recent patch, such as the Birthday System.
