college apps frustrate me.

TOO MANY STEPS
TOO UNORGANIZED
I have about 3 apps in progress -- one on commonapp, one on applytexas, and one on its own website...each with their own guidelines for sending recs/apps/fees/etc.
Plus my first deadline is Dec 1 and my art portfolio is looking pretty empty.
bah.

I remember UC application was so easy. One website and you can send it to all of them.
There was this one school that required everything to be submitted as paper-work...I was so messed up with it that I decided I wouldn't have enough time to get everything ready before the deadline.Posted 10-20-2010 at 03:48 PM by Esper

I guess Kentucky, is stuck in the old times. Cause like 75% of the college I applied to in state we're completely done by paper. I don't even think I applied to any schools that was done completely online, the most was like e-mailing an essay or something o.e...Posted 10-20-2010 at 05:22 PM by Seru

Agreed. It's terrible, but not as bad as having to do them in paper no doubt. Most of the online apps themselves aren't too bad, but it's the essays/personal statements that I get stuck on. I just suck at writing have problems expressing myself with words. I'm sure you'll be fine though. Good luck with the rest of your apps. :>Posted 10-20-2010 at 10:10 PM by Lei
