Who would have thought I'd be writing my life story and having the chance to publish it. My history teacher, Regina, gave me the inspiration to do so, I LOVE HER. I'm still far from finishing, as well as coming up with the title. I figure if I write about a half to a page a day, I'd finish by the end of this summer. My main goal is to help give light to other LGBT youth struggling with everyday battles, as well as sharing my experiences and memories, all the good and the bad. It'll help remind who I really am, all those years of trying to forget was just going to get dug up eventually... I'm peeling back the shield I put up to protect myself and to not get involved, but our current society is changing. People just Tolerating IT isn't enough, universal acceptance and peace is needed. Our government is slowly turning into a Theocracy and it's hurting and dividing this country. The moment our forefathers wove God's presence in our politics, was when the dominoes started falling. I won't go into that, I can rant all day and still not finish in a year. Maybe things will look more promising for me in the future. I've already decided on becoming a Neonatal nurse for newborns, but majors take time right?

So, you know when your Adobe Flash Player/whatever video device installed asks you to update because it's too "old?" Well, it did that a few days ago when I was about to watch a movie called "The Help." GREAT movie by the way, sooo good, 10+ Stars, go see it if you haven't. Also finished watching the new Underworld Awakening movie, since it was out on DVD this week. Wasn't as good as the others, but it was nice seeing Selene back in action. Anyways back on topic, it ******* gave me a virus...., DivX, I HATE YOU. Now my yahoo email is giving my some weird mailer daemon virus and sending random shit to my contacts list. I already scanned my computer and changed my password, hopefully it'll stop. Viruses, they're like the STD's of computers, why do you have to exist???? ]:<

Some weird guy claiming he lives in Pakistan wants to friend me on Facebook lately and keeps messaging me. I don't know how to block his messages, help! I'm still new to the site and I'm not updating my status 24/7. I honestly don't get why people are so addicted to it. Everything was better when it was simple. SCREW YOU TIMELIME, it lags my already old computer. Simplicity. Same reason why I had to stop watching RuPaul's dragrace, omg the new plugincontainer.exe from firefox is laggy as shit. Doesn't happen in IE, but IE is complete garbage.

I don't know what I want with my love life, if I even have one? I feel like I'm betraying you if I start having feelings towards other people. So many what ifs. It's not like we're mutual to begin with, but I get the feeling. NOPE, I promised myself to stop imagining things since that time. Darkside- Kelly Clarkson, story of my life. Love will find me when it does, I hope, and I won't not accept it. 10 years waiting is a long time, who knows if you're married by then. What would happen to me then? Can I even wait that much more for you? I don't want to give up on this slight nope, if there's any left at all.

Shaved my legs, razor burn. OH, and Vamp Diaires finishedddd. They're definitely going to drag on for another season to finish up what could've been done like last season lolol. Bonnie, you're a stupid *** witch. Next up, The Secret Circle. Cassie was probably the most annoying & hilarious main the whole season. Her choking face scenes were HILARIOUS. I'm sorry Dianna/Diana(?), but that guy with the Australian accent is just not cute in my eyes. Really hoping for a 2nd season.

On the anime corner, currently watching and loving Avatar. Mako is sexy, Bolin is funny, the whole show is so damn good. I get the feeling Asami's got an ulterior motive. Whatever, someone's bound to get hurt in this love square. Sakamichi no Apollon is probably one of my top favs this season. Sentaro is hot as eff and his accent has me swoooooning, marry me please. Yurika is so pretty, too bad she has her eyes on someone else. Kimi to Boku 2, I just love love love Chizuru's seiyuu, everything fits him so perfectly. He looks better/cuter with his hair down, too bad Mary is fixated on Shun. God, Shun belongs with like Yuuta or something lolol. I know it's super late, but I just recently finished watching Dance in the Vampire Bund, it was really good. Loved the ED & OP, Mina is so pretty in her transformed state. The three clans are ugh, I really wished that they would've made a second season, but it wasn't that popular so..

I have the best guild ever. OMG I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Lol, well I wouldn't call it "cool," life is pretty painful for some of us every day. But thank you for understanding.

@kuya: lol, going to my LA pride this June. Gunna be crazy, huhu.

@kuyabaka ~~ and why is that?? does this have anything to do with discrimination stuff~~ hate those things~~

@Almora ~ well to me, people who can pretty much tell the whole world who they are, are really amazing i mean, cause their views are different they get discriminated, cause their belief isn't the same as that of the majority they get stared down, and yet they stand tall and proud without regretting they're actions~

being different isn't really bad, as long as one does not forget that he has rights and so do others, he has his own opinion and so do others ~~

Society doesn't care about your rights. I'm pretty sure that's what Christy (Almora) meant by it being painful (or at least along that line).

I'm Bisexual. Luckily I haven't had much of an issue over it in my life, but being attacked (be it physically or mentally) or shunned away for it is not fun, and it happens more often than it should. It makes me really sad when I read an article about people literally beating (sometimes even killing) others for being gay - in other words, for being different.

I do agree with you, Nyx, but I think you need to understand the view a little better. It might seem amazing, but in reality it's not. We're only trying to live life like everyone else.

o_o i don't wanna hear nor see/watch people die just because some people are too close minded to see and accept things.

yea i guess i am being too optimistic, sorry if i sound insensitive about it, things like those don't happen here i guess (or maybe they do) and people who are unsure of their genders aren't really new and they are not really discriminated much rather people just don't care what they are as long as they harm no one with what they do~

and i also sympathize with almora and other people who are discriminated for being different and honestly i love gays~ XD most of my friends are gays probably because they can relate to me more than girls do and i kinda can't talk to boys as much as i can with gays (is this androphobia? nah~~) >.<, so i totally support em, to some extent though~~

@Josh: Well, it was actually with bullying, discrimination and supression. Rights too, if we had the FULL access, partial is not enough.

@Nyx: Thanks, and it's fine, you're not insensitive, at least you're trying to understand. Just that it's not as "happy" as it seems on the outside, if there was any to start with. What you see in our current society today is what I would call "tolerance." People don't mind Us as long as we all mind our business. And still, most continue to hold stigmas. I don't want all heteros to completely 180 change all of their beliefs and convert to our way of thinking, no no. That's a big misconception people have. I'm not asking them to relinquish their religions, family values, morals, things they grew up learning etc. What I wanted to get across was that "tolerating" is not enough, but universal acceptance.

Also, were you referring to gender-queeer and transgender in your area? If not, TRUST ME, they ARE discriminated as much as the others, probably worse. Sometimes even within their own LGBT community because they are "viewed" to be straight in a way, for some of them and thus not belonging.

And I also think kuya meant that there's a WHOLE different world out there, you're just seeing a tiny glimpse of it from one person's point of view.

@Almora: Ohh, fun! Some of my friends want me to come up for SF later this Summer, but I might be up in Canada for my vacation to hang out with some family and check out the Vancouver campus for grad school. Last year I went up though, I ended up visiting Vancouver right after their pride festival. I was like, "lol good timing."

Also, I like that you brought up the point of there being discrimination within the LGBTQ community, as well. I've been a victim of it, myself. Lots of members see me as a "straight-acting" or something who is just not secure about their sexuality because I tell people I'm "bisexual." They don't believe that it's an actual sexuality, but is really just a scapegoat by half-coming out and half-staying in (which I think is complete bull).

@Nyx: Yeah, pretty much what Almora said. When I first read your response to the whole LGBTQ thing, I just thought you didn't know that there are so many non-heterosexual people in the world. Hell, there's quite a few here on these forums (I dare you check out the thread on Random. Hah.).

Definitely! They sometimes even come up with reasons like "oh honey, you'll lean to one side eventually yada yada."

My hometown is Fresno, and the temperatures get up to like 115 over the Summer. I definitely understand the pains of California. I'm up in San Jose right now for college, though, and the weather has been nice to me with highs in the low-90s. Hoping to spend the last bit of my Summer in San Jose if I can find a good place with a later lease that my roommates wouldn't mind, though. I'm just trying my best to stay away from Fresno at this point.
