Do you count calories?

It takes me at least twice the time to lose the weight I've gained, and I'm gaining weight really easily.

Last summer I gained 10 Kg during the summer vacation D8

Never counted calories except when it was needed for power calculation in physics.

Moderation is its own calorie counter.

I think I only started doing it because my sister was always making me play memorizing games with the facts. After that, we just started looking at how much calories meals had.

I'm a guy and I count calories to..so let's not hide under rocks and be proud! I've gotten a lot better about not needing to know exactly how many calories/nutritional info for the foods I eat...but I'm pretty sure I'll never stop keeping a general idea.

Around here, it's weird to see guys counting calories.
Doesn't really matter. As long as I know what I take in and how good/bad it is for me, I'm good.

@ Mirae, Ya It's weird for guys around here to count calories to...my friends always mess with me for doing it.

Though it's my way of trying to stay healthy since I'm not an avid exerciser...

Yeah, I stay around the same weight all the time. I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh in between 155-160 depending on the time of year (even I can pack on a few during the winter months. CONDITIONING FOR COLD WEATHER TROLOLOL).

Is it odd that I tend to lose weight around the colder months? ._. Seems like I'm not made for survival lol... thank god for heaters~
