Just wanting to see how long you guys usually sleep during the night.
As of now my job wakes me up at 5 am and I sleep for about 6 hours every week night. My parents says 6 hours is pretty sufficient for people around the age of 20, but I usually feel really sleepy during the afternoon. I once fell asleep in a bathroom stall at work
I also try to get some napping

done on the train and bus, my commute is 2 hours one way. But it's not really effective because it is somewhat loud and I tend to wake up every 5 min or so.
So is 6 hours really enough or am I just lazy.
