I sleep for about 7 hours on weekdays, but waking up is hell, I often stay at home 1 or 2 days of the week because I just can't make myself get up. And I like staying up late. Sheesh.
On weekends I sleep for around 12 hours, but I'm trying to cut it down, because when I sleep for this long I wake up with a massive headache :<
My best ever sleep was when I took some anti-anxiety pills (for a dentist appointment, so I can stay calm). Those also make me fall asleep in 3 minutes if I have the opportunity to lie down. So. Took 'em, went to sleep at 9 PM, woke up around 8 AM, felt awesome, too bad I can't do it without pills.
