- Don't mix it with just water, mix it with things like yogurt, milk or ice cream to boost the protein or whatever other nutrition your are looking for.
- I think it doesn't really matter but a lot of people take
whey protein right
after workout and take
creatine right
before workout (and before sleeping)
- 1 scoop is fine I think...but it also depends on your weight/height & your workout itself
- if you just started working out, sore arms = good
- Don't stick with one brand, try to rotate between different brands so your body doesn't get used to it
- don't workout more than 30-40 mins unless you also do cardio
