Arm hurts A LOT

My left arm has been hurting too much since saturday.

It's mostly the triceps.

I can't think of any reason of why it hurts, but whenever it's really cold, that's when the pain comes.

Anyone know why it starts to hurt, or any way to make it feel better?

Whenever i move my left arm, it hurts even more so i haven't tried moving my arm much.

Did you get any medical shots recently? Or did you any exercising with your arms/upper body? If not then it could be just a temporary cramp. Try using those ice/hot packs or whatever they're called.

How old are you? If you are young, it could be growing pain. If you are passed 30, it could be a heart problem (My mother hard pain in her left arm for a month before getting a heart attack...I am just mentioning this for your own sake. Not trying to be pessimistic).

It could also be because your workstation (keyboard, mice, chair & table) are positioned/designed poorly. Does your chair have an arm rest?
