Dark circles under eyes!! =[
 

Hey guys Richard talkin

sooooo i've had this absolutely annoying problem for quite a long time

DARK CIRCLES!

I get plenty of sleep, pretty healthy [national class miler, 5000 m, 10000 m, and half marathon, just to brag a bit], and blahblahblah *cough* healthyish lifestyle *cough*

SOOO any ideas why i have them and how i can get rid of them?

any advice is welcome

I heard that those dark circles are the same as bruises. Something about the capillaries around the eyes leaking blood or something. My friend says that putting something cold over it will help, just like how putting ice on bruises will reduce the swelling.

since it was for quite a long time i dont think any method would really help..

put on makeup

put something cold on them?

these things he puts on his eyes like glasses
it's in the freezer

Lol if its bruising, take the viet remedy =D

Boil an egg and roll it over ur eyes to reduce the bruising, once or twice should be gone =].

i tried the ice i'll do it for a week and see if it does anything

Come back and tell us if it works @__@. I got really dark circles under my eyes too. I think it`s because I wear my glasses 24/7.

doesn't a cucumber work for that? lol i always thought that's what it was for

Haha I got them under my eyes as well, but I haven't done anything about eet in awhile.

so yah...

if you wear glasses people don't notice em as readily (i don't think)
