When you start to feel sleepy, go out and take a walk? or try to find something to do that doesn't require you to sit down (sitting down makes me feel sleepy, lol).

i have this kind of problem too, but my 'nap' only lasts up to 3 hours

but when i do any sort of sport or exercise, i feel less tired than if i hadn't done that exercise, so im suggesting sport/exercise is a good way to energize urself (ur arms and legs may get tired though, lolz)



and, another way to force urself to stay awake, is to find something u like doing and that you'd be able to stick to for a long time

for me, whenever im doing my artwork for school (this is at home), i get stuck into it and dont stop (excluding any snack/drink etc breaks) until i've finished


oh and, try to stay away from anything that isnt very good on ur eyes (e.g. computer, reading for too long, TV etc)

and if ur doing any activities that involve sitting on a chair, sitting UP STRAIGHT helps to make u 'feel' awake a little more

I'd really recommend having an alarm clock for your naps. I know exactly how you feel and it's probably weather related too but I've been SO tired lately. Just take a nap for a few hours, wake up, do homeworks, screw around, get tired again and go to bed. It'll be so much better in the long run.

Alarm clocks are nice, but I'd say drinking milk would help too, it usually has an ingredient that induces sleep.

Then he can nix the milk idea and go with pure alarm clock and/or phone calls from friends. There are alarms on several things, even TVs. I'm sure having like 4 of them would work if nothing else short of asking a personal friend to throw him out of the bed when he wants.

Ugh i hate the idea of buying an Alarm Clock that i'll most likely ignore... But seeing as i just drank 2 cups of milk right now i wanna see the results.
And Energy Drinks aren't my style. unless it's that starbucks coffee and energy drink then maybe...
