In all honesty, eating as much protein as this topic recommends is pretty stupid.
You'll have bone problems by time you're 30.
RDA of protein is 0.36 per lb of body weight. Not 1-2. Even .36 is a significant amount. Basically equates to 54g for a 150 pound person.
