Important Customer Service Upgrade Info
We are currently in the process of preparing our customer support/ticket system for an upgrade. From now, July 12th, until the upgrade is completed, 8:00pm PDT July 14th, there may be intermittent connection issues to the support site. We are also making preparations on the backend of the system as well which may result in a delay for ticket responses being sent out during this period. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we finish making these preparations.
