similar case here, client loads but game guard itself crashes, greatest security measure ever 8D.

granted, it'd be easy to just delete game guard and have it reinstall itself so it crashes again but it's fun to make fun of it D:

was one of the lucky ones that can still play, though it's slightly more of a hassle. have to start as an admin and disable javascript in fire fox so I can browse without fire fox locking up and going in slow mo.

I'm pretty lucky that I can use Trickster normally (though slightly slow when logging in) thanks to my XP.

I could play via my laptop... but fluff that. :| I much rather play on my desktop and if this is how SGI is gonna play, then so be it.

I can run it fine when I run the splash.exe as an admin, but it is slow when logging in.
Also I noticed that the Card Quests have been modified, the ones in Dessert Beach are back and there's 5 of them. I also heard the same thing about the other ones.
I think the developers are trying to bring back the old stuff.
