• introduction

Welcome! The Daily Sketch Crew is a community activity for the artists we have here. This is an open activity -- anyone can join! Hopefully, through this little support group, we'll be able to improve our technical skills while having fun in the process. Every 2-5 days, new topics will be posted and the old ones replaced. Using the topic as inspiration, draw/paint/sketch/doodle/sculpt something and post it here! Don't be afraid to post any WIP here for critique or comments. Be creative and push yourself from your comfort zone!

• rules

This activity is loose -- the only rule here is that your artwork has to comply with ggFTW's ToS and that you do NOT use someone else's artwork.

• prizes

There will be no prizes for this activity! This is not an event or community team project, but rather, a chance for artists to bond without fear of competition. Although, you may consider the drawing that you create to be your own little prize (along with +rep for participating).

• topics

Topics will be broad and range from anywhere to environmentals to science fiction. There will be a max of 3 topics at any given time for artists to depict. You may suggest any topics here or via PM. Major props to anyone that's able to illustrate all three topics at once. :py01:

You're welcome to post up traditional drawings, as the OP states. This is also a theme-based activity, so that artists would be encouraged to push out of their comfort zones. =x
