NIS is having a survey to see if people want the premium boxset that was sold in Japan. The boxset includes the PSP game, the game soundtrack, an artbook, and a White Rock Shooter figurine. As far as I know it's the only way to get that WRS figurine.

BRS comes from multiple places though. There's huke's original artwork, the Miku song produced by supercell, the OVA, the game, and the upcoming TV series.

WRS only comes from the PSP game. Unless the game is a hit (and since I played it, I really don't think it is), she'll remain an obsure figure.
