(Action) anime of the season, holy shit. The fight scene in that type of animation and artstyle was just a huge feast to the eyes. Not eyecandy, it was a ****ing banquet. Still laughing over the NOVELTY CENSORS. This is an unique experience.

Can't really wait for the HQ from Ryuumaru. Aside from piss-yellow font off HorribleSubs, the quality isn't a big enough difference for me to notice (considering the anime is god damn quality already), so I'm not going to bother.

Certain secrets about Jyubei, and the master samurai in general, are starting to be revealed. The secrets revealed are the more obvious ones though, so maybe we'll get to see something more unexpected soon.

Holy ****, I did myself so much justice deciding on a whim to watch this.
Plot seems slow and obvious, but god damn, Jubei going from cute to BADASS with that voice. The artstyle does so well for this show too. And the music is GLOOOOOOOORIOUS.
My number one of this season.

This. Just finished Ep1 and 2, I wth'd at the subs for horriblesubs. I'll wait Ryuumaru for 3 as well.

When the girl first said her name was Yagyu Jubei, I went "OMFG! SERIOUSLY!?" just because I've watched an anime about 'him' recently.

Anyways, anime is a bit too dark (quality) IMO, though i'm still gonna be watching it.

I've gotten use to her and all her characters being lolis, so it didn't surprise me that they did use her. Already got enough of her right now too, with her being in Fairy Tail and Index.

I'm probably grouping this anime with one of those more fan-service fighting based animes such as Sekirei, Ikkitousen, Queens Blade, etc. o_o.

Though so far, I'd categorize it as one of the somewhat more unique one.

****in' lol'd all 20+ minutes except for that little bit with Yukimura and Muneakira. Then it just went lol again.

Next episode looks like--- OH, GUESS WHAT--- obligatory beach/swimsuit-related episode. Bettin' it.

Ep 6 was freaking AMAZING. Stuff like this is why I keep watching this show. Beyond the obligatory beach episode stuff (swimsuits, breasts everywhere, etc.), this episode contained some of the BEST action of this series thus far. Yagyuu Jyubei is still definitely the best, ohoho. The samurai are finally starting to show prospects of being a real TEAM too, which is nice.

Presumably Kanetsugu will find herself on Muneakira's team starting next episode. We'll see.

Lovin' the action. Was expecting Jubei to fly into the thing and slice or stab it, BUT A PRECISE SHADOW BEAM IS PRETTY DAMN COOL TOO.

i like that we get to see here in this ep
