Kinda confused though, but how does being attacked by Grimoire Heart and having Zeref show up out of the blue in your territory mean you're doing questionable things and should be shut down? It's not like Fairy Tail invited them all for a nice tea and meeting to discuss doing some illegal things. Mest's and the Council's reasoning seems illogical to me.

I believe this has been disused somewhere, maybe it wasn't not on these forums but the creator of Fairy Tail was friend of the one who created/worked on One Piece, somewhat similar in style though Fairy Tail's artwork is more based off Groove Adventure Rave (and where Pluu originated from.)
