I wouldn't really call this a friendship power up, since there is some explanation and after all, it has been 7 years for Ultear to be able to develop her abilities this far
I'm guessing the "evil magic power" is coming from either Raven Tail, or Sabretooth (since the other mysterious mages haven't appeared yet)
Also, is this the first time they've shown Raven Tail's guild emblem? I never knew it looked so similar to Fairy Tail's (well that's a given)

So these 3rd gen dragon slayers claim they "destroyed their dragons".
I'm betting that what they say isn't entirely true, or it has some deeper meaning. Like how Gray says he's the one who killed Ul (or it was his fault w/e), and we all know how that turned out.

I'm guessing Sting and Rogue, or at least Rogue may end up joining Fairy Tail soon, since Rogue at least has some nakama-sense, or they may just end up being friendly characters like Blue Pegasus/Lamia Scale members
Lucy most likely gets Yukino's keys.
I think Millianna is being infected/contaminated by this mysterious aura/magic thing that Jellal is investigating, she seems somewhat out of character even if 7 years have passed.
