As we all know, anime that are tagged as "Ecchi" are sure to bring laughs and excitement to some of us...
I found this on CR

Misty (the girl with a ponytail sticking out of the side of her head) always 'breaks Broc's (sp) bones'.
Note: Recently this has been replaced by a frog pokemon.

Rule: A shy/embarrassing/blushing look from a girl will switch on a pervert's pervert switch mode.

Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy always turns Broc on.

Rule: The more desperate the male is for a female companion, the less likely he will get one. Also, the more apathetic or unwilling the male wants a female companion, the more likely he will have one (and sometimes more than one).

Broc still fails although there are over 9000 Nurse Joys and Officer Jennys spread over about 5 worlds and 10 other worlds yet to be discovered.
