Didn't Charles get his Code from V.V when the Thought Elevator opened and V.V offered him his Code? Unless it was done off screen, they never touched each other to transfer it. (Unsure of this, I don't remember clearly this scene or episode =P...)
Nunally might've had visions too when she touched other people, like how she knew Suzaku was lying at some point in the series. The visions were brief, like 2-3 seconds, sooooo...you never know....XD.
