Don't think it's so much as Inaba not being able to trust anymore for this one (since she doesn't need to feel paranoid about people using her body). It's more like she can no longer trust herself, since she's portrayed as the cool, level-headed member of the group. Basically, her image is getting shot down by tank shells with this unrestrained desires thing.
