Before Artemis and Ren, the only still concious vanguards, knew what was happening, they felt pricks on their necks and fell into a trancelike sleep too.
Upon realizing what was happening (as Green magic specialist felt it first), Milliam called upon the captain of the vanguard squad and ordered immediate reinforcements and an extraction team. Thankfully, there were available units waiting in the wings in Spirit Grove Port, and they rushed to rescue Angelito's group. Unfortunately, two Knights were still standing, so they had to be tranquilized.
The four soldiers were brought back to safety in Silverdrop, the war of the factions temporarily postponed as they tended to their fallen maidens. Kress and Angelito were treated for burns and electrical paralysis, but without access to blue magic, their recovery would be slow.
---- Two days later ----
Lily lay passed out, her mind finally rousing, her thoughts swimming in a sea of confusion.
Sylvana sang...then...what happened?
She tried to move her arm and paniced when she couldn't. Her head was spinning, and as she tried to open her eyes, she finally started to filter in the sounds of her surroundings.
"Are they alright?"
A woman's voice? Who was it?
"Yes...The servers have been back online for maybe five hours now, but Reyvateils are just now waking up."
And a man? He sounded familiar...a soft voice...
I've never seen a server crash like this before...we don't know what happened."
Lily stirred, her eyes struggling to open.
"This one's coming back...who is.."
"Her name's Scott...Lily Scott."
"Ah yes, here it is...heh, guess the teru spirit in her woke her up sooner then we thought."
Lily groaned and forced herself to sit up. She looked around.
After the server shut down, all units were pulled back. Some did not come back to base, and the mission logs were combed over to find where missing members had gone. Jen's team, including Solfege, Mirei, Artemis, Ren and Jethro were all found unconscious in a forest near a closed off cave, and were brought back to Head quarters. Though Ren and Artemis were awakened easily, as they were only tranquilized, the others were out for a little longer due to the lack of Blue magic to rouse them.
---- Two days later ----
The servers came back online, and slowly, all the Reyvateils began stir.
-- Solfege --
Aside from being unconscious from the server crash, it was obvious she had a bad fever, and was exibiting signs of illness. After checking Bell's records of everyone's Diliquity dosings, Solfege was about due on hers, so while still in her torpor, Solfege was given a dose to keep her alive.
Although...due to the strain of waking up after such strong crash, Solfege, as well as many other Reyvateils were in need of another dosage.
