And meh, i thought about that but basically... impromptu runs are planned or decided by either an individual or a small group who just wanna do it for the hell of it. What they choose to do amongst themselves is up to them really. I'm just laying the foundation for the lowest common denominator aspect that SOMEONE just has to pony up the responsibility cost of it. Doesn't matter who.
It's like car pooling... the driver may make everyone pay, or he can be nice and not do.
