AoE or single target?
AoE training is easy. Just find platforms with 4+ monsters that are less than 15 levels higher than you. Road to Lab II, Forgotten Beach II, and all the Hellen Kunta Square maps are good in that range.
For single target stuff I'd say farm Skinny Cutlus at Forgotten Beach III, though that seems to be pretty popular.
