Spammed Whispering and Ruins for Frags for Sieg's 2nd. Ruins also gives a medal on 3 star... And it has a higher drop rate than Bermesiah xD. I'm not kidding. Most of the time, I get 10~ frags per run, but on bermesiah, I get 5~.
In the end, it took me ...I think 3,4 or 5 hours total for getting his 2nd...Solo and breaks blablabla.
