That Nuri's swimsuit is a cookie item which is not tradeble or sellable. They released it last year for limited time >.< . But anyway, I have a feeling that they are going to release another swimsuit sets maybe next month for all characters (hopefully).
About the pop out thing. Ye you have to finish the game. I recommend you guys to play 18 holes tournaments (all courses). It is faster or easier way to get the swimsuits. Don't forget to purchase some tiki scrolls.
