Yeah I agree, and also that "prices go up by 150k per NPC teaching for lvl. 100s". . . now it's going to cost a bomb to level up skills w/out looking for an artisan.
Anyway, it's nice that we can finally swap skill shortcuts. No more deadly strike on right-click, ridge on W
