Looks like i still need help with the Alpha Layers, since i have no idea how to work properly with it

I edited another skill this time (Cool Whirlwind), but the colours are still not as intended, i.e. too much white.

edit: Or to be a bit more precise:
- Alpha Layer is completely white = result is as in my first screenshot.
- Alpa Layer is completely black = skill is invisible.
- Alpha Layer with grey scales = similar to complete white Alpha Layer.
- Alpha Layer is removed = result looks closer to how i want it, but still not good:
