It was pretty well perfected IMO, although I can't comment on recent seasons or movies, since I've lost interest after the 3rd season and 6th Movie.
They fit the voices with the characters very well, It felt natural and realistic.
I've watched one episode of Naruto on TV after channel surfing a few years back, and unless he is supposed to sound like an annoying prepubescent child in a teen's body, then I've nothing more to say.
