Not that hard of a grind really based on thus far.
I have never seen people that play the game complain about grind ever.

If you mean fighter that's a drawing of the base sprite.
I suppose I see what you mean, but the art for the sub-classes kind of make it so the skin does not seem that big of a deal in long run.
