Egg tofu is basically softer and less firm than regular tofu. It has a milder taste too. I love all kinds of tofu, I eat it almost everyday
You're forgettingg that they come in cylinders too...
But thats another matter...
Can be brought at almost every supermarket out there in Singapore though.
