Personally I prefer the egg type tofu because its really soft, and doesn't really tastes bitter. Even when grilled or fried, the tofu itself stays really soft on the inside. And when I say soft, I mean like... You can practically suck it up through a straw if you want to... LoL...
@ Kago - I like the bean curd type. Japanese tofu, especially.
I'm not sure if I've tried egg type before... Is that the one with watery broth sold in bowls at SG Chinatown street vendors?
