To get custom points, first your MS must undergo:
Level 0 = 新手 (Initial stage, all MS comes at this stage)
Level 1 = 士手 (Limit break skill)
Level 2 = 老手 (Skill 1)
Level 3 = 王手 (Skill 2)
Level 4 = YOUR FIRST CUSTOM POINT ... YAY!
the I, II, III, IV means how many customs your MS can obtain. This one can get 4 custom points.
