Attention Guild Leaders and Members of God of War & {7N},
This correspondence will serve as an official request, to the two Trickster Guilds – God of War and {7N}, to cease and desist the feud that is currently raging between the two groups. Both current guild leaders have been spoken to personally by GM_Phoenix and myself in regards to this issue. This correspondence places both guilds on Final Warning status. Should the “feud” continue after receipt of this email, the offending guild will be actioned, up to and including being disbanded in entirety. Any further harassment of players in the rival guild, will result in individual account actions, up to and including permanent account closure.

Specific issues that need to be addressed are as follows:

3. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights (including, without limitation, rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

Restrict or inhibit any other user of the Services from using and enjoying the Services by, for example, disrupting the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, hitting the return key repeatedly, so the screen goes by too fast to read, using excessive SHOUTING (all caps) in an attempt to disturb other users, "spamming," or flooding (continuous posting repetitive text);
Defame refers to slander and/or libel. It means to deliberately attack the good name or reputation of someone with malicious intent, and extends to lying about that person in an attempt to diminish their reputation. This can be applied to “trash talking” in addition to publicly vocalizing (writing statements in public channels in game or on the forums) about your belief of their TOU violations. If you have proof of TOU violations, please submit that privately via in game 911 Reporting System, or directly to
accountadmin@sgiwest.com . Abuse, Harass, Stalk, & Threaten should require no explanation. If you need further clarification of what these terms mean, please email myself or your guild leaders directly.
Restrict or Inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the services: this means use of vulgar language as commonly understood by the public, spamming excessively in such a way that other players cannot talk or read what is being said or continuous reposting of text, and “shouting” to disturb other players. If further clarification is required, once again, please see your guild leaders or accountadmin directly. Should violations of this rule take place, please privately submit it utilizing the in-game 911 report feature.
· Continuous Reports Of Other Players
The Terms of Use specifically states:

16. Improperly use in-game support to make false reports to the Company’s administrators and representatives;
Reporting each other for “perceived” violations to the terms of use is not acceptable. For example, reporting someone for spam when they type one letter per line, in such a way that other players can continue to talk is a “false” report. Reporting someone for addressing you by a name that is a play on your own name, but includes no violations to the terms of use as outlined above and on our website is a “false” report. Only true violations to the Terms of Use should be reported, and when the report is made, it should be done so with viable proof such as screenshots.
Less common reports, that still need to be addressed are:
· Languages spoken other than English
Trickster is an English Server, hosted in the United States, where English is the National Language. While we here at SG Interactive understand there are multitudes of languages spoken as we have players from all around the world, we cannot monitor all languages, and as such only English is permitted within public channels. Guild Chat, Whispers, and private parties are considered private channels and any language you feel comfortable with may be spoken, however in all public channels, English is the only acceptable language. Language Use - Trickster Online Revolution
The terms of use is not to be “loosely interpreted” to fit your current needs. Please refrain from reporting each other for “perceived” violations, and adhere to reporting only true violations of the TOU.
Please allow me to be candid for a moment – God of War and {7N} are rival guilds, this is true, but the main rivalry at this point in time seems to be filing as many reports on the other guild as humanly possible in the hopes of getting the other members banned. That alone is a violation of the Terms of Use as it is harassment and stalking of other players. Each report is investigated but we are seeing increasing numbers of reports with no grounds for reporting, and the situation is quite out of hand. It needs to stop immediately. True violations of the Terms of Use, will be investigated and actioned (although only those players who are actually actioned will be notified, and not the reporting parties). All other reports, from petty name calling to perceived slights, will be discarded. Once again, falsifying reports to GM staff is a violation to the Terms of Use.
SG Interactive is not requesting the two rival guilds get along, or become the best of friends. What we are requesting is, if the two guilds cannot get along within Trickster, they settle their differences in battle on the PvP field (ONLY), and otherwise refrain from contact with each other. Additionally, please ensure any “taunting” or “trash talking” that takes place during PvP be kept to a minimum and remains within the boundaries of the Terms of Use.
Current Guild Leaders, LittleLegend and Onoo, have been charged with explaining this request to each of the guild members. As leaders, they are the parties responsible for ensuring positive guild behavior, and as such, they consequently are the two who are disciplined when their individual guilds step out of line. They have both been made aware of the consequences should their guild members fail to take to heart what is being requested here, and have agreed to assist with this request in an attempt to prevent further actions against their individual guild members. Should any guild members decide to disregard the above request to adhere to the Terms of Use, those individual members will be actioned going forward, up to and including permanent account closure.
As stated initially, both God Of War and {7N}, and all the members therein, are on final warning status. No further violations to the Terms of Use will be tolerated. Should you have any questions, please see your guild leaders, or contact GM_Syn at
