same, i was sent the confirmation email on the 23rd...yet still, I cannot log in. It doesnt say that my pw or id is wrong...it just doesnt log me in,, and i ve tried everything.. reset IE, reintalled java, installed active x, contacted support (on friday morning, and sitll no reply).
I'm not gonna waste any more of my time.
